mandy: This NW "egg in a basket" was inspired by Christa and her fabulous post on how to color eggs using onion skins.                 Not having any onions in the house, I thought I'd try dying an egg using beets. Turned out quite well I think.

hilde: Easter interrupted ...emergency room with dad.....brunch turned into dinner...dad doing fine...
